Option: PA System as needed. To include minidisk if availble and handheld cordless microphones.
ACCESS to performance space for set up purposes a minimum of 90 minutes prior to Audience Access, for
safety purposes. Audience NOT to have access to performance space more than 60 minutes prior to show.
Private Dressing Space for ____ performers, with chairs, table space, hanging space & mirror.
Available water and coffee. If meals or refreshments are provided, PLEASE check with us as to
content.
FEES & PAYMENTS:
Performance fess in the amount of $___________________ are due as follows. (Invoice available on request.)
Please return your signed contract and non-refundable Deposit of 33.3% or $____________to the Artist at
the address below, to guarantee your date and time. Contracts not signed and returned 8 weeks prior to
the performance date, will be voided. (Agreed Deposit date: __________, 2008).
The balance of $___________ is due on or before the performance date.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS:
Should the Client CANCEL the event after we receive a signed contract, The Client will be responsible for the
full fee in this agreement. Changes to this agreement, including but not limited to: date and time,cannot be
guaranteed and may require additional fees.
RECORDING DEVICES:
Still Photography, including "flash" photography by the Client during the performance is welcome. The Artist
reserves the right to have a photographer in attendance to photograph the performers and performance for
promotional purposes only. Photos taken by the Client or guests before and after the performance must be
approved. Videotaping of the full production is prohibited unless contracted, but will be allowed with prior
approval for audience participation sections of the performance. Audiotape recording is strictly prohibited.
ADVERTISING / CREDITS:
All advertising of this performance is to include the following description.
"Presented by Bonnie Gray Productions, Inc. www.bonniegray.com"
